Prior to versions 8.1.2.1, 8.0.4.1, and 7.2.3.1, \u0060SafeBuffer#%\u0060 does not propagate the \u0060@html_unsafe\u0060 flag to the newly created buffer. If a \u0060SafeBuffer\u0060 is mutated in place (e.g. via \u0060gsub!\u0060) and then formatted with \u0060%\u0060 using untrusted arguments, the result incorrectly reports \u0060html_safe? == true\u0060, bypassing ERB auto-escaping and possibly leading to XSS. Versions 8.1.2.1, 8.0.4.1, and 7.2.3.1 contain a patch.",
