The parserc_parse function never advances the attribute-parse state cursor on certain malformed attribute forms, looping forever.  Nameless attributes such as \u0022\u003Ca =\u0027c\u0027\u003E\u0022 or unbalanced quotes \u0022\u003Ca b=\u0027\u0027\u0027\u0027\u0027\u0027\u0027c\u0027\u003E\u0022 can trigger this condition.",
