  "description": "Nokogiri is an open source XML and HTML library for the Ruby programming language. Nokogiri \u00601.13.8\u0060 and \u00601.13.9\u0060 fail to check the return value from \u0060xmlTextReaderExpand\u0060 in the method \u0060Nokogiri::XML::Reader#attribute_hash\u0060. This can lead to a null pointer exception when invalid markup is being parsed. For applications using \u0060XML::Reader\u0060 to parse untrusted inputs, this may potentially be a vector for a denial of service attack. Users are advised to upgrade to Nokogiri \u0060\u003E= 1.13.10\u0060. Users may be able to search their code for calls to either \u0060XML::Reader#attributes\u0060 or \u0060XML::Reader#attribute_hash\u0060 to determine if they are affected.",
